Customer Impact: Reading EDID from displays may not work when using Verdin iMX8MP native HDMI with Mallow V1.1B or earlier.
Description: SoMs inserted on Mallows may have problems reading EDID on multiple displays using native HDMI due to a bidirectional level shifter in the DDC circuit causing interference.
Workaround: There is no known workaround besides assembling an alternative bidirectional level shifter. This issue will be fixed in future product versions.
Customer Impact: The impact is mostly aesthetic, however we are aware that in some rare cases the connector might not fit properly into mechanical enclosures or might break off.
Description: Mallow V1.1A are affected by an issue on X6 power connector causing it to suffer from bending during handling and transport.
Workaround: If needed, the customer can consider manually adding 2x Screws ISO 1481-ST 2.2x4.5C to hold the connector in place, while being careful not to over stress the connector and cause solder joint issues.
