Antennas sold by Toradex are independent of software and they can be used on all Toradex SoMs that have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth integrated module, pleaser refer to Toradex Modules with Integrated Wi-Fi/Bluetooth to know more about. Antennas sold by Toradex can also be used on Wi-Fi/Bluetooth compatible modules on a customized carrier board, as long as they do meet the specific criteria of the device chosen by the customer - in which case it is the customer responsibility to assure it.
